1. Introduction

2. Reservation Services
storifycheck allows you to compare and reserve self-storage units by size and features. When you complete a reservation, you request that the selected facility hold the unit for you. A reservation fee or deposit may apply.
2.1 Transfer and Rescheduling
You may transfer or reschedule a reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled move-in date by contacting us through the contact form. Requests received later may not be accommodated.
2.2 Refund Policy for Reservations
Reservation fee refunds must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled move-in. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of move-in are non-refundable, as facilities hold units exclusively.
3. Informational Products
We offer digital guides and reports to help you select the right storage unit. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access the content.
3.1 Access and Use
You may view or download the material for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution is prohibited.
3.2 Refund Policy for Digital Content
Requests for refunds on informational products are accepted within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. After 14 days or if access exceeds 20%, purchases are final.
3.3 Transfer of Access
If you cannot use the digital product, you may transfer your access license to another individual one time. Submit transfer details via our contact form.
4. Physical Goods
From time to time, storifycheck offers moving kits and packing supplies fulfilled by third-party vendors.
4.1 Returns and Replacements
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once received, replacements or refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4.2 Non-Returnable Items
Custom-printed labels, sealed packages, and perishable items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization requirements.
